Abstract

The distribution of the knowledge we have about things and events can distort our normative judgement and the distribution of our moral concern in a way that is not justified by their true significance and value, and as compared to other things and events we happen not to have knowledge of which might be of equal or even greater significance and moral concern. This is something we should guard against. It is here suggested how we might do that.
