Abstract
This chapter presents a framework of discourses and identity intersectionality as methodology used in empirical research to reveal barriers that women in STEM experience in their careers. The author illustrates this research with the stories of two early-career STEM-trained women in the context of the historical and contemporary Canadian space industry.
