Abstract

A follow-up report on the evaluation of the Welsh Government's School Based Supply Cluster Model Project. The Welsh Government provided grant funding for two years for 18 pilot school cluster projects in 15 local authorities, to trial the employment of supernumerary teachers to manage absence cover (planned or unplanned). Each cluster comprised a group of schools within a local authority with one school acting as the lead and main grant holder for the project.
