Abstract

This chapter, bearing the name of the book, explores the relationship between digital evidence and cyber crime. It introduces the reader to protocols that apply to the practice of digital forensic examinations and the associated accreditation opportunities. The challenges of presenting digital evidence to lay juries in court are also explored.
