Clough, Helen (2018). Digital Literacy at the Open University Library. In: Bodleian Libraries Digital Shift Research Meeting, 26 Oct 2018, Oxford University, Oxford.

Abstract

The Open University (OU) Library is an online library and the majority of the digital and information literacy skills delivery is virtual. OU Library staff require skills in designing and delivering online teaching, data visualisation, User Experience (UX), online communications, and live broadcasting. Staff are enabled and encouraged to experiment with digital technologies and collaborate in digital spaces.
