Abstract
Innovation is at the heart of growth. To innovate, firms in newly industrializing countries cannot hope to match the R&R spending of the world's leaders. This book argues that they do not have to. By learning from the best, and focusing innovation effort on design and cultural change, firms from the unlikeliest places can catch up and then move ahead of world leaders.
