Abstract

The main idea is that the visual element of leadership is more important than is often given credit. By drawing on psychoanalytic philosophy, we can reflect on the way we produce and consume symbolic constructions of leadership - and this sheds light on new ways and different forms in which to interpret, explore and make sense of leadership.
