Abstract
5-bromor-4-thio-2′-Deoxyuridine was synthesized by 1,2,4-triazole and thio-acetic acid from 5-bromor-2′-Deoxyuridine in mild condition,and then was carried out electrophilic reaction with monobromobimanes (mBBR)at 4 position sulphur,5-bromor-4-thio-2′-Deoxyuridine labeled with monobromobimanes (mBBR) was synthesized.Their structures were analyzed and characterized using 1 H NMR,MS,UV and fluorescence spectra.It can produce high fluorescence characteristics of the compound 5-bromo-4-thiodiamine-2′-deoxyuridine,which provides a body of 5-bromo-4-thio-2′-deoxyuridine-sentive detection method.
