Abstract

Diversity and equal opportunity have not had a high profile in major ELT conferences and this article reports on a signature event at one the world's most high profile conferences and arranged by the authors, to examine the importance and meaning of both diversity and equal opporunities from inside the ELT industry and from a legal perspective.
