Abstract
This chapter discusses the application of positive approaches such as appreciative enquiry, positive psychology, positive organisational behaviour, positive organisational scholarship and flourishing in organizational practice. It addresses strategies used to develop a positive organisational culture and describes interventions designed to enhance individual, team and organisational wellbeing through practices such as enhanced participation, empowerment and engagement.
