Abstract

Observations of the water line emission from regions near three compact infrared sources are reported. A new water vapour source has been dicovered in S140. New components have been observed in NGC 1333, one of which decreased in intensity by a factor of 2.5 over three days. The position of the W51(N) water source differs by 9ø±10ø from that of the compact HII/infrared source IRS-2 in W51.
