Abstract

This chapter describes a project by The Open University Business School (OUBS), UK, to use Lotus LearningSpace for the delivery of courses to Glas’s students at the company’s request. Glas was keen to enhance teamwork and action learning among managers and OUBS cast this as an opportunity to move beyond a simple conferencing model of student communication and support.
