The New and Expectant Parent Mental Health Supervisor Toolkit provides comprehensive guidance on supporting employees experiencing perinatal mental health challenges within UK policing.

Drawing on transdisciplinary research and empirical studies, the toolkit explores the impact of perinatal mental illness (PMI) on individuals and workplace dynamics. It addresses key issues, including the stigma surrounding PMI, barriers to seeking help, and the unique challenges of policing work, such as exposure to trauma and shift patterns.
