Abstract
This poster looks at mood and how we feel and our behaviours. We can take some intentional decisions to enhance our ability to feel more positive emotions. We need to be training our brains to notice a lot more of the positive experiences that we encounter rather than focusing on and ruminating on the negative experiences.
Poster Winner: Jewitt, K. (2021) What does psychoneuroimmunology mean to you? at The Open University Mental Health and Wellbeing Conference, [Online] 2 December 2021
