Abstract
This text reflects on several instances of publics being constituted around table tennis tables in different social-spatial settings by making use of personal memory, ethnographic observation, and a photo book. Whilst looking forward to a pandemic reconfigured world, I hope that my dwellings on daydreams of ping pong publics spark us to relearn how to relate to others in the city and recuperate a sense of play in our daily environments.
