Abstract

An evaluation report on the Welsh Government funded School Based Supply Cluster Model Project. The Project provided £2.7 million grant funding for two years for 18 school cluster pilot projects in 15 local authorities to trial approaches to employing recently qualified teachers on a supernumerary basis to manage absence cover (planned or unplanned).
