Abstract
This presentation showcases a pilot project conducted on Level 3 French 'Mises au Point' which seeked to address issues of student satisfaction relating to the implementation of the Group Tuition Policy. The presentation highlights initial findings pertaining to assessment tasks and tutorial attendance and tutor support.
