Abstract

Will Law Commission proposals undermine the prospects for reversing the decriminalisation of illegal corporate conduct?

Highlights the dangers of reducing corporate prosecutions. The Law Commission has recently issued a consultation document entitled ‘Criminal Liability in Regulatory Contexts’. The proposals could further undermine the prospects for reversing the decriminalisation of illegal corporate conduct.
