Abstract

This video was produced to support the SusTEACH project which was a finalist in the Green Gown Awards 2012.

The SusTEACH Research and Development project at The Open University examined the transformative impact of ICTs on teaching models in higher education and assessed their carbon-based environmental impacts.

SusTEACH developed Sustainable Tools for the Environmental Appraisal of the Carbon Impacts of Higher Education Teaching Models using ICTs.

The innovative environmental impact appraisal SusTEACH toolkit is available to support the further greening of HE teaching and learning systems at http://www9.open.ac.uk/SusTeach/
