Abstract

Within CU5 AlertPipe is a data processing pipeline dedicated to the near real-time detection, classification and alerting of flux-based transient phenomena. AlertPipe Publisher is a package within the pipeline designed build an alert in the VOEvent standard and disseminate that alert to the astronomical community. This technical note describes the operation and the various dissemination implementations within the AlertPipe Publisher package.
