Abstract
This chapter explores organizational innovation in a systemic way, by using ICT to align the efforts of stakeholders in a school (e.g., school managers, staff, ministry of education, employers, linked institutions, students, their families and communities), thereby to improve what they get from the school and give to the school, including practices that enhance the school’s ability to self-improve, in the manner of a learning organization. That alignment can help a school to become better at deciding what to change, when to change, and how to make needed changes.
