Abstract
The purpose of this paper focuses on creating, using and reusing Open Educational Resources (OER) through Web 2.0 tools. This research aim to highlight innovative examples of best practices and also emphasise the key issues for applying Web 2.0 based technologies to use, adapt and authoring content for teaching and learning in Higher Education.
