Abstract
This collection seeks to learn the lessons of experiences of building a European dimension to lifelong learning. It includes analysis of EU education and training; accounts by managers and practitioners of European projects, ESF programmes and transnational projects; a series of ‘how-to’ chapters covering topics such as ‘how to write a successful proposal’; and a guide to resources and information sources.
