This study examines the lasting outcomes of studying B882 Creative Management or B822 Creativity, Innovation and Change and the online and international presentations of these courses. Creative Management ran from 1991 to 1998 and Creativity, Innovation and Change from 1999 till now. Over 15,000 students have studied these courses. They remained the most popular OUBS Masters elective courses over the 18 years studied. This cross-cohort research aims to investigate why that is, their lasting impact on participants and their work practice and to note any lessons for remaking successor courses. It was supported by a small PBPL-CETL grant.
