Abstract

In this fourth report, we examined the sustainability of the Community Mobiliser service and its interaction with other local services. We talked to parents, children, workers and managers. The report focuses on what makes the service distinctive from other services and how far it has succeeded in empowering families and children and embedding itself in the lives of local communities.
