Abstract

Effective inter-organizational collaboration is a vital capability for organizations and individual managers, who work in increasingly diverse forms of partnerships, alliances and networks. Recent efforts to draw together research in the field of inter-organizational relations (IOR) should, we argue, be complemented with efforts on pedagogic matters.
