Abstract

Há mais bicicletas em Moçambique - mas a maior parte das pessoas anda a pé. A mudança é visível por toda a parte, com mais crianças na escola e mais pessoas com telemóvel. Está a acontecer desenvolvimento, mas não com a rapidez suficiente.
