The Fourth International Conference on Software Engineering Advances [ICSEA 2009] held between September 20-25, 2009 in Porto, Portugal, continued a series of events including a broad spectrum of software-related topics. The conference covered fundamentals on designing, implementing, testing, validating and maintaining various kinds of software.
